Mr. Storti is a Professional with over 35 years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience in the utility and telecommunications industries. Storti launched the Company in 2004 after spending over 30 years with PECO Energy, an Exelon Company.

Storti has led the Company’s vision and growth while continuing to serve clients and provide technical oversight. He is a proud Veteran having served in the Navy during the Vietnam War. Mr. Storti currently resides in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania with his wife and enjoys spending time with his two children and eight grandchildren.

Mr. Wagner joined forces with Ralph Storti in 2013. The two expanded Storti Quality Consulting by forming Storti Quality Services. Wagner has built several businesses throughout his career, including staffing and executive search practice, consulting practice, and software development firm.

Mr. Hutwelker joined Storti in 2018 as the COO. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Company as well as providing technical oversight on major projects. Hutwelker has demonstrated success in the global energy and chemical industries for both publicly traded and privately held firms.

Hutwelker’s experience ranges from large chemical site management to capital project management and development of novel hardware and software solutions to improve safety, quality, and productivity on energy construction and production sites. His Quality background includes managing 6 ISO-9001 certified sites with over 1,200 employees. Hutwelker graduated from West Virginia University with an Engineering degree. He resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with his wife and four children.

Ms. Polto, CPA, started at Storti in 2016 as the Corporate Controller. She currently oversees all accounting and financial aspects of the Company inclusive of financial modeling and analysis. Prior to Storti, Polto was a Manager at the Grant Thornton, LLP before leaving the workforce for a short time to raise her family. Ms. Polto graduated with a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Villanova. She currently lives in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania with her husband and three daughters.

Mr. McCusker has been a part of Storti since 2015 and leads the organization’s internal and external recruitment along with corporate marketing. Before this, McCusker worked for a global financial firm with 5 years spent as Chief Compliance Officer.  He is based out of our Fort Washington Office.  Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Villanova University (Villanova, PA) and an MBA in Management from De Sales University (Allentown, PA). He is also a certified Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment Practitioner. He resides in Doylestown, PA with his wife and daughter.

Mr. Giaccio started with Storti in April of 2017 as a gas inspector. He gained additional responsibility with South Jersey Gas in 2018 when he was asked to manage special projects, including a $50 million EFV project. Giaccio was promoted to Lead Inspector where he was responsible for day to day operations of inspectors on the South Jersey Gas system.

Giaccio’s career in the gas industry began right after high school. His first opportunity was as a laborer where he then worked his way up to foreman. He took pride in doing things the right way and sharing his knowledge with the team. He gained valuable experience working on everything from low pressure work and abandonment to transmission mains. Much of his career was spent at J.F. Kiely. In his spare time, Giaccio has been taking night classes online at Ocean County College working toward an Engineering degree.

Mr. Sheren is a quality and manufacturing professional with over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries and technologies. He has worked as part of operational management teams to develop organizational quality, production and technical operations functions. Sheren has accomplished this through his management abilities combined with strong leadership and team building. During his career, he has been instrumental in assisting startup ventures in developing manufacturing and quality functions at critical junctures in their growth. His international manufacturing experience encompasses Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.

During Sheren’s years managing quality he has applied the knowledge and skills developed through his experience to implement effective, value added quality audit systems in a variety of technology driven companies. He maintains a continuous focus on quality through a strategic application of auditing and improvement.

Mr. Sheren has implemented ISO9000 Quality Management Systems in many companies including multi-plant operations. He effectively works within organizations to gain cross functional and top management support for the plans he develops. His participative style and ability to coach and mentor is critical to his success in the systems he has developed.

Ms. Tremper comes to Storti with 7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on relationships and sales communication. Tremper has spent the past 3 years as the Senior Marketing Lead for a national sales and marketing company where she was responsible for lead generation through paid, email, and organic marketing.

Ms. Tremper is tasked with creating relationships with existing clients, driving new business to the organization, as well as assisting with corporate marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Media, Communications and Technology from East Stroudsburg University (East Stroudsburg, PA). Tremper resides in Norristown, PA. 

Ms. Campbell comes to Storti with experience in Recruiting, with a focus on building relationships and finding great opportunities for her clients. In her role at Storti, she is tasked with recruiting candidates for a variety of positions, including both field and office employees. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Public Relations, Communications from Southern New Hampshire University. Campbell resides in Chalfont, PA.
