Storti Quality Announces Strategic Additions to Management Team

Fort Washington, Pa.… Addressing the ever-changing needs of clients in the utility, oil and gas industries requires honed experience, responsiveness and accessibility. That’s why Storti Quality is pleased to announce three seasoned additions to its management team, as it expands its stronghold in the energy industry. Storti Quality has named Mark Barnabei as director of operations, Stacy Culbertson as director of talent acquisition and business development and Philip Donaldson as head of Asset Integrity Management (AIM) division business development.

Barnabei has worked for over three decades in the utility industry, specializing in utility information technology. He has a vast amount of expertise in gas construction, mobile workforce management, SAP enterprise asset management and SAP IS-U customer care and service. A Doylestown, Pa. resident, Barnabei holds master’s degrees in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and business administration from Rider University, respectively, and a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Widener University. He further holds project management certifications from the Project Management Institute and the University of Pennsylvania. Before joining the Storti Quality team, Barnabei served for over 35 years at Public Service Electric & Gas.

“I embrace this great opportunity to leverage my background and experience to be part of Storti Quality’s bright future and continued success,” he said.

Culbertson is expanding her role at Storti Quality, having joined the company in 2018 as director of business development. As head of talent acquisition, she will now also lead the company’s recruitment team. Culbertson has worked in technical talent acquisition for over 20 years with Adecco Engineering & Technical. A Gladwyne, Pa. resident, she holds a master’s degree in organizational development and training from Temple University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from West Chester University.

Donaldson has a combined 15 years of experience in risk management, banking and finance, and manufacturing quality control and quality assurance. He’s previously held managerial and inspection positions with Taylor Forge and was most recently an account manager with Team, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Portland State University and has pursued graduate studies at Portland State and the University of Toledo. Donaldson will report to the new Storti Quality offices located in Tulsa, Okla.

“I am very pleased to announce these strategic additions to our management team at Storti Quality,” said Chief Operating Officer Joel Hutwelker. “I have great confidence that each of these leaders will accelerate growth in the utility and oil and gas segments.
